Relay For Life....
Many of you are aware of the Barrington Relay for Life which will be held here in Barrington on June 6th. Relay For Life is a community based event designed to honor loved ones, celebrate survivorship and
raise money for the American Cancer Society. Relay For Life is about an entire community taking up the fight to raise money to find a cure for cancer.
Nancy Davis (Jessica's Mom of the Senior Team) is the Chairperson for the Barrington Area. If you would like to be a part of the Premier Poms Team, or have any questions about this event, please contact Deanna Murphy, our Premier Poms Team Captain (Samantha's mom from our Youth team) email: murph1990@comcast.net
(Information packets will be available at the uniform fittings.) It goes from 6pm until 6am, the next morning although our team will not be spending the night, we will have pick up by 10pm.
Our intention to participate in future community service activities will not require fund raising, but we know far too many of you have been touched by cancer, and many of you have been a part of this beautiful event for years...As with all heart adventures, participation is optional and there is
no minimum fundraising required.
While the Relay is in progress, team members enjoy the entertainment,
food, games and camaraderie that create a festive community atmosphere...Come
have fun with your team and support a great cause....
Because it is not just Poms...its the experience!
